We are traveling from South Jersey and saw Ania's Confections at the Ithaca Farmers Market. We got her mini cookie cake and it was the best cookie cake I have ever had! So moist and delicious and didn’t have the crazy sweet icing on top! It was perfect!
If you have not tried Ania’s amazing baked goods, you are missing out on a unique culinary experience: each variety is designed to perfection with layers of flavor, texture and fresh, authentic aroma (none of that artificial aftertaste…). My favorite [cupcake] is strawberry - it is unlike anything I’ve tasted in a pastry - made with real strawberry bits baked into the cupcake and tangy-sweet, creamy icing!
Amazing flavor and very friendly [owner]; the peanut butter banana [cupcake] was out of this world.
[We] decided to treat ourselves at the farmers market. My husband had a delicious muffin and I had a strawberry cupcake. It was super dense and almost felt like I was eating strawberry fudge! It was so flavorful and tasted like real strawberries, not artificial. We look forward to getting more of her treats at the farmers market!
